    PTC Early Admissions Essay Contest

    If you are participating  in PTC's Early Admissions program, you are eligible to submit a paragraph for a chance to receive one of three additional $3000 Early Admissions Scholarships.

    • PTC JROTC Scholarship

      Active members of their high school Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard JROTC organization can receive a renewable partial tuition up to $3,000 per calendar year toward any PTC program.

      • PTC High School Club and Organization Scholarship

        Active members of identified high school clubs and organizations can receive a renewable partial tuition grant up to $3,000 per calendar year recognizing their involvement. In recent years, grants have been offered to members of these organizations: Future Business Leaders of America, Distributive Education Clubs of America, SkillsUSA, Technology Students Association, Future Farmers of America, Health Occupations Students of America, Family, Community and Career Leaders of America, Business Professionals of America, JROTC.

          High school seniors enrolled full-time at a state approved cyber school are eligible to apply for a renewable partial tuition scholarship of up to $3,000 per calendar year.

              PTC’s “Inspiration” Scholarship

              Seniors, we would like to hear how a person or an event has changed your life. Submit a paragraph letting us know which person or event has most inspired you. There will be 5 winners chosen by a panel of judges. Each winner will receive a $1,000 PTC scholarship.

                I Inspire Scholarship

                As important as it is to have people and events in your life that inspire you, it is equally important to PTC that you inspire others. Seniors, write and submit a paragraph telling us how you inspire someone in your life. There will be 5 winners chosen by a panel of judges. Each winner will receive a $1,000 PTC scholarship.

                • PTC Academic Achievement Scholarship

                  Applicants who are a 2017 High School graduate or an adult dependent applicant under the age of 24 are eligible to receive an academic achievement scholarship. Scholarship awards are based on the student’s documented high school cumulative grade point average (cgpa).

                  • $3,000 is awarded to applicants with a high school CGPA between 3.25 and 3.49.
                  • $5,000 is awarded to applicants with a high school CGPA of 3.50 or higher.
