Transfer Students
PTC welcomes transfer students.
Students come to PTC with a variety of education experiences. Some are unexpectedly short. Others not so much. Regardless of your postsecondary history, we want to help you make the most of the credits you’ve earned.
In most cases the general education credits you’ve earned can transfer into one of PTC’s associate degree or bachelor’s degree programs. And, in many cases, other credits can transfer in, too. If you’re a community college associate degree graduate, learn more about how you can transfer into one of PTC’s bachelor’s degree programs as a junior.
More good news for community college transfer students
PTC is offering transfer students (including those students from community colleges) new opportunities to save on tuition, if you’re interested in pursuing a bachelor’s degree at PTC.
Let us review your transcript before you apply
Before you apply for admission, we will review your transcript, and give you an idea of which classes and how many credits can transfer into your PTC program of choice. Then, we can talk further about your interests and career goals, and get you started in class.
It’s simple. Just email (or fax, if it is easier) your unofficial transcript to Christine Frost at frost.christine@ptcollege.edu or fax it to 412-809-5121.
We can quickly give you an idea of classes we believe will transfer. Then, we can talk further about your interests and career goals.
