Welcome to Pittsburgh Technical College! Preparing to select a college for your son or daughter is an important decision. Our website is designed to help you learn more about us, answer many of your questions and let you get acquainted with PTC.

PTC is located on a beautiful 180-acre campus and combines the best of a career-focused, hands-on school with the campus life associated with a traditional college. We care very much about the quality of our education and the safety of our students. An important distinction of PTC is that our tutoring as always available and always free.

Financial Aid

AT PTC we offer many plans to pay for college. There are many grants, scholarships, and loans available and helpful people in our Financial Aid department to explain them to you and your family. When you are ready, we will sit down with you and create a financial aid plan tailored to your family.  To gather more information about financial aid, visit our Financial Aid Section


PTC offers on-campus and off-campus student housing to provide a comfortable and safe environment for our students. A full-time Housing Director and staff provide one-to -one support and are here to introduce your student to campus and community activities. Student Activities

Student activities and intramural sports at PTC are nonstop. Your son or daughter will always find something to do. From our Carnival, Swimming Party, Pittsburgh Pirate Outing, Community Service events, Drama Club Productions, Holiday Parties, Paintball, Super Bowl Party, Mardi Gras Party, Luau and Pig Roast, and much more. We offer a number of open house events throughout the year, and you can visit any time you would like.
