School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts

The hospitality and culinary arts industries offer exciting career paths for those with a flair for flavor and creating unique guest experiences. At the PTC School of Hospitality you may select from programs in Travel and Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Management. If you are interested in a culinary career, the American Academy of Culinary Arts offers an associate and a certificate program taught by award winning chef instructors. In each of these programs you will benefit from hands on experience that is designed to prepare you for a rewarding career.

The culinary industry needs professionals like you who are ready to take their passion and creativity to the restaurants, gourmet kitchens, hospitals, grocery stores, schools, resorts, hotels and catering businesses who need chefs, cooks and managers trained in the fundamentals of cooking, sanitation and safety. At the American Academy of Culinary Arts, you can earn your culinary arts certificate under the supervision of industry recognized and honored chefs, cooks, and hospitality managers.
