With the Associate in Science in Information Technology degree, you will build on core IT courses and then specialize in computer hardware and software installation, or in learning security practices and intrusion protection. The Network Security and Computer Forensics concentration will teach you to manage, secure, and protect a company’s digital resources—a mission that’s becoming more urgent every day. You’ll build your knowledge through core IT courses, then focus on security and forensics. You’ll learn to implement systems using cyber security guidelines, and pursue computer investigation using ethical hacking, forensic utilities, the collection and analysis of data, and digital storage.
